Amin Abdulhaq: Entrepreneurship and Business Portfolio

Three business pillars (automotive services, logistics and premium consumer products) designed to support one another.

An interconnected business ecosystem

Amin's approach to entrepreneurship moved beyond founding individual companies. After building his first major business and reinvesting its profits, he invested in complementary activities that could support one another operationally. The portfolio is designed as a connected service-centre and logistics ecosystem, not a list of unrelated companies. The full story is on the journey page.

A business ecosystem concept: complementary operations that can share resources, customer relationships and opportunities. It is not a description of a single legal corporate structure.

Aminco Car Services

Founded in 2017, Aminco Car Services covers automotive care, car washing, detailing and mobile automotive services. Its service vans take the work to the customer, and its service-centre operations sit alongside other offerings. The mobile service is branded Aminco Mobile Car Care, with Mobile Car Wash as the service description. It was Amin's first major business: started with approximately EGP 300,000 raised by selling his personal car, it reached a growth figure of approximately EGP 15 million within about 18 months, and its profits were reinvested into logistics, trucking, construction, mobile car washing and service vans.

Kingdom of Aminco

Founded in 2019, Kingdom of Aminco is a logistics and transportation business covering trucking, distribution and FMCG distribution. The thinking behind it draws on Amin's business development years at Coca-Cola, where he worked on hotspot distribution and third-party transport. The two are connected, but they are separate stories: the Coca-Cola case studies are on the career page.

The fleet

These trucks belong to Amin's business. They were acquired from Coca-Cola and are used in Coca-Cola distribution operations, which is why the Coca-Cola logos are still visible on the vehicles.

The logos reflect the trucks' origin and their continuing work in Coca-Cola distribution. They do not mean the trucks are owned by Coca-Cola.

Construction

Construction activities sit within the wider ecosystem rather than as a fourth pillar. They complement the service and logistics operations as one more area where shared resources, transportation and relationships can create efficiencies.

Queen Sheba Honey

A developing venture

Amin and his brother established a business relationship with one of the largest Yemeni honey distributors to develop a premium Yemeni honey brand: Queen Sheba Honey. The focus is on sourcing some of Yemen's rarest and highest-quality Sidr honey and building a premium brand for the Egyptian market, with distribution starting in Cairo.

The longer-term ambition is to expand distribution internationally. Queen Sheba Honey is a newer venture that extends the portfolio into premium Yemeni products.
